Alison Hearn is the founder and owner of Peggotty Provisions, a farm-to-table gourmet grocery home delivery company. Prior to founding Peggotty Provisions, she was part of Boston's growing restaurant scene from 2002-2016. This list includes being the opening Executive Chef of B&G Oysters, woking closely with Barbara Lynch to establish a restaurant focusing on contemporary and classic New England regional seafood. She was also the opening Executive Chef of Myers + Chang, a landmark that focuses on modern interpretations of Asian street food through a New American lens. Alison puts her classical background to work focusing on impeccable ingredients and bold flavors with street food flair.
