She has a diverse work background, which includes working at the 3 Michelin star restaurant, Eleven Madison Park. Her culinary point of view focuses on fresh, local, and seasonal cuisine with an emphasis in bold flavors. She has experience catering dinner parties from 6 up to 70 people, as well as working for specific families with daily meal preparation and teaching virtual cooking classes.
